Mizuho spends most of her time living in a fantasy world, thinking of herself as a beautiful warrior. On the island, due to the intense and bloody circumstances, her mind breaks down and she begins to actually believe in the fantasy. She is best friends with Kaori Minami and Megumi Eto. Toshinori Oda referred to the three girls as "daydreamers".
